its got a small dent but the clearcoat looks worse than what it is, most of the gutter rash will get re welded and machined followed up by a mirror polish!
Depending on how deep that rash is, you might be able to blend it out instead of welding it. I only say this because wheels tend to have a high magnesium content and it can make them difficult to weld without porosity. Also, you might see the fillets where the lip has been welded after you polish it, due to a difference in material and grain structure.
Please.. PLEASE make sure you get someone with a decent skill level to have a crack at them. You can destroy aluminium pretty quick with a TIG.
