you'll be fine with a 300 degree cam... just make sure you have more than 12:1 compression as to keep the idle sane.

its made for standard H pattern mate used the same as a normal shifter, but a race one

my new "5k klm young" koni racing coilovers, came with new camber plates up top, and upgraded race springs... fully adjustable hight and dampers

props to the ebayer for being soo cool, letting them go for soooo cheap! classified as one of the best makes of coilovers for mk1's handsdown!
ill get them rebuilt for mindsease when the time comes but they are in great condition
