Got myself an innovate wideband lambda nad display and its the grouse.
Took heaps of fuel off the pommie tune. UK air must be a different density to Oz.
I`m taking it circuit racing on Sat, but after that, a visit to the quarter will be in order I reckon.
I still wanna see your car go with a TDI gearbox. I`m tempted to send you one for appraisal
    Good stuff Matt

I knew it would only be a matter of time before you got yourself a Wideband meter! Well worth the outlay 100% & can be claimed on Tax too!

Good choice going with the Innovate Motorsports one. Love mine. Well only when I was tuning it. Now just sits in its box in the shed till I build a good motor.

I reckon the TDI box may slow it down or either that, I'll break it!

I reckon it would be a good choice though considering the km's I do & highway cruising, but then I'm not really interested in tall as gearing & crazy top speed. For now I'll live with the 3500rpm cruising! haha

What Gearbox code is it again?

Good luck with it at the track & look forward to seeing some 1/4 pass' too!

                  • Damn I only just saw this!

Great to hear it all worked for you! Solid times too.
I appreciate that you're doing what a lot of people say and think can't be done; but **** those other people because you're proving them wrong!

Good on you for doing it in full street trim! Would've got a good laugh out of a few spectators seeing such a Nanna looking car haul ass down the quarter.

                    Awesome work man!

                                No worries at all!

As I've said before. Its one thing I don't ever like to BS about is, is how much power a car makes & how fast it can/should run.

The equation is simple. It takes so much power to push a car that weigh's so much over that distance to that terminal speed.

With more & more practice & time spent at the drags, you end up with a good general idea of what it takes no matter what the car is

Got to ask! What was your honest prediction?
