golf mk4 seats v mk 5 seats

hello, does anyone know if the mk 4 golf seats have the same seat rails as the mk5 golf?
ie, do they bolt straight over? or are they are completely different platform?
im guessing it cant be too hard to re-engineer it to make it fit, could it?
