Well been a while but finnaly got some motivation to do more to the car today (thanks to MrJLT )
Replaced the leaking clutch slave cylinder and replaced the exhaust system .......
Car now has 3inch S/S mandrel from turbo to tip thanks to Gavin
      Sounds good looks great.....

But......... I must have got my passion fingers into someware as the car lost alot of power and became quite FLAT ???? couldnt figure it out but had to be someware so drove the car and all of a sudden it came back to life so kinda lost at what caused the loss of power as when i first went to test drive after fitting the slave and zorst it wouldnt even break traction accellerating in 1st and then after 15min drive , stop and then another quick drive it was back to squealling tyres and going straight insted of round corners when the go pedal was stommped ??? so im hoping it was something to do with replacing the slave unit and causing the clutch to slip but still a bit confused?

New on the left old on the right you can see in the pics that the old system pipe size was all over the place and quality of bends and welding were fairly low . The new system fitted sooo much better and the sound is great

Well finaly got of my arse (kinda) and put the FMIC on.
After fitting it a while ago and realising that a bit of surgery was need for the bumper to fit over it i put it on the back burrner with intentions of selling it and buying a water to air intercooler (easyer to fit and had one on my last car which i was happy with).
So anyways Jay (Mr.JLT) drops round to offer his expert assistance and with a combination of his patience and my "stuff it just use the angle grinder" aproch the FMIC was fitted , although Jay did most of the work

A dremel ? that gonna take all day whare is that angle grinder ???

mangaed to fit all the lower covers back on the bumper and i painted the I/C and pipes on the front black although the main problem was clearance for the hoses comming off the end tanks ......all in all it will do for now as looking at changing to a R32 bumper down the track.

Looks awesome man, and stealthy at the same time. I'll be home soon, and we can go for a bit of a cruise...

Must add aswell that there is no change to how boost comes on ,as in no lag increase seems to be better top end more so in the top of 3rd but wont see a dyno until the bigger injectors, bigger MAF,fuel pump, fuel regulator and new software is sorted.

                      Yay I love the postie

Just waiting on some spacers for the injectors as they are the shorter style and work out whats going on with the software.......
Oh and getting one of those spacer/thermal gasket thingys for the intake mani.

Yes car has Ko4 and currently has a Giac chip although its only a very basic version as the car is still running stock injectors ,fuel reg and MAF.
So what im looking at doing is upgrading these items (which arrived today) and getting a more aggresive tune so that i can maximise the output of the car.
The only issue is that will Giac upgrade what i have for cheep or will i have to start again.......If i have to start over with the tune then i have alot more options as ive been looking into Customcode and unitronic although im a domestic enginer so cost is the big factor
The engine has just about all the bolt on bits i can think of (KO4,3"Maf,380cc injectors, fuel reg,TIP,3"turbo back, front mount, aftermarket air filter ,diverter valve and N75j valve) so all i need is a tune that takes full advantage of these items

1 more think that help is ditching the pancake pipe for a neuspeed one, its worth while, or you may have the pipe for your fmic in its place,
                              just a thought.
