so how do these work? Do you show up on the day or do you need to contact someone and pre pay? I've never done track but want to get into it

For the Tampered M/S days, you can rock up with a helmet and pay for one of their licences + entry
All the others require a CAMS L2S competition licence which requires membership with a CAMS affiliated car club and the CAMS licence can be used for the Tampered days too.
