  • Signed up for Targa 2008

I have not made this known until now, but I have signed on to be a Navigator in the 2008 Targa Tasmania event next April.

The car, sadly, is not a VW, however I hope to get to a close look at some VAG machinery over the duration of the event.

I will be in a 1937 Riley Special open top, which is a gamble in the Tasmanian climate, but to do an event like this in a vintage open top car is going to be a delight whatever the weather.

Hope that this is in the right section...

    Mick

Thanks everyone, whoever is here from VWW, we'll have to have a beer.

Here is an example of the car for the event.

Good luck, Mick. Would love to get down there, even as a spectator.

                  Cheers,
