Another rally another DNF this time the water pump pulley stripped the bolts out of the hub and departed the scene leaving no cooling or charging
I fitted another pulley this morning and on firing it up found terminal noises under the bonnet which i believe is the 5 speed the motor seems ok no misses or flatspots and 70lb of oil pressure but a death rattle somewhere
Ive had eneough of this car so im pulling the rally gear out and disposing of the rest If any one is interested give me a call It will be nearly complete rolling shell with cage recently rebuilt 1600 8v 5 speed close ratio box bilstein suspension 4 wheel discs mags (but I want the tyres) basically the whole car minus seats belts and tyres If you are interested call me on 039778 3469
