Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Help with Erwin.

    Have registered on Erwin to have a look at some manuals but it won't take my credit card info.
    I have tried my 2 cards and the wife's but it keeps coming up invalid.
    Is there some trick? Should there be a space between numbers for the card or a dash.
    All my info I'm entering is right and iv checked it a million times to make sure. The cards are in date.
    Would've be good if they had a PayPal option.

    Which card is it Visa or Mastercard etc Some dont take Diners or AE.

    My Mastercard worked when I bought a day

      Visa. Which was selected in the drop down box. I'm thinking it may be because I'm on my iPad. Will try tomorrow on the PC when I get my laptop back.

          Reviving this topic as I am trying to purchase a 1 day subscription, but it will not accept my credit card.

          I have mastercard.

          any ideas?
