Hey guys, i recently bought a Vdub from a private seller, am very happy with my car oh how i love it, however the owner lost the manuals anyone know how i can get one in PDF.

Try pdftown.com.........although many of the manuals are for US market models....and they are pretty large.

Hey guys thanks for the info have had a look at ebay, but couldnt find nething, however, i did happen to find this shop down the road where i work who actually deals with manuals of all sorts, just that the one they had was for a UK 2003 Golf

Just try to sidetrack a bit, did you do a REVS check before you buy the car ? for such reasonable new car and it didn't come with owner manual is abit unusual. 99% of my experience in these cases were the car has been 'repairable writeoff'. Good luck and enjoy it
