Radio manual for Mk5 Jetta

I have recently purchased an 06 Jetta FSI 2.0 turbo and I have all the manuals except for the radio. Does anyone know where I can get one or can someone describe to me how to preset the radio stations? I think I have figured everything else out! Sorry if this has been asked before
