1.8 litre engine manual VW Audi SEAT 1996

I am going to check my local library, however I thought that all you gurus on the forum would point in the direction quicker. I am having a 1996 SEAT 1.8 litre replacing the old tired 33 year old Audi/VW 1500. So I was wondering what is the title to look for when searching for the manual. I have bugged Loon with some questions(he and I are going to do the heart transplant) but I want to leave him alone whilst he gets his beautiful Rocco going.

Look for a mk2 Golf manual would be my advice.

Or the Model of passat after yours.

Try and get the workshop manual, not the newer service and repair manual. The workshop ones have heaps more information in them.
The MK2 golf one is Green

Hi,

I have included a link to a russian VW site that may have the info that you are needing. Some items are in Russian, some in German, and some in English.

I have downloaded a lot of info from this site and although some items are in languages other than english, a lot of info is able to be gathered.
