I don't reckon you will find much outside of a VW dealer.

ELSAWIN is what you need.

I have the Bentley Volkswagen Golf Jetta / Bora, Official Factory Repair Manual 1999-2005 1.8L turbo, 1.9L TDI and PD Diesel, 2.0L Gasoline and 2.8L VR6 as a PDF file it's a 66MB zip file.

You can download it as a zip file from my Rapidshare account here
