Amsoil Oil in mk3

ok i have had good experiences with amsoil, but has anyone used it on there vw polo mk3 or similar?

what did you use if so and what grade...

also the gearbox oil and diff oil.....

any help would be awsome

Amsoil is good oil I used it in the past in MB Vito diesels, got a good fuel economy from them. Amsoil is known for their long oil drain intervals in combination with their by pass oil filters. I've used Series 3000 diesel that has also petrol engine specs. How ever they don't have latest VW approval.
