What can I use to clean it ?

Can I paint it, I believe it is vinyl ?

Horrid cream colour, would love it to be black, does anyone have a black one for sale ?

call final inspection i dont have their number but their site is www.finalinspection.com.au and order 500ml of their General purpose cleaner. That cut 1:1 with water and a stiff scrubbring brush or mail brush will clean it up so well. Once its clean like that you can use VHT vinal Dye to dye it black. Or get a new one made. They are around $300 IIRC
