Skoda Superb tail squareness

HI. I have a MY11 Skoda Superb sedan which has just been repaired and i believe the boot area to still be out of square as the lid/hatch does not sit properly. What is the best way to work out/measure the squareness of the boot hatch area?

Rudimentary measurements so far on diagonals show a 5mm difference in the diagonals.
