S/e Melbourne painting

Thinking of getting my bora boot, bonnet and grill resprayed. Along with the centres of a set of wheels.
Anyone have any suggests on shops to go? I'm in ferntree gully but most places out east would be fine.

I have a straight black paint so I'd like to think its easier then one with a flake/pearl. I really can't do without the car so is it likely they can be sprayed off the car (Ill have spare panels)?
