[DETAIL] Mercedes C63 AMG + Dodo Juice
The heat has kicked in early for a lot of states, and do us that means it is time to crack out the Carnauba Wax!
This metallic black Mercedes C63 AMG has returned for its annual 'birthday' detail if you'd like to call it!
The C63 gets regular care, but regrettably may find itself in the occasional car wash due to the owners busy life style (argh!). Needless to say we expected a few areas to be corrected and bring a little more gloss and depth out of the ceramic cleared paintwork again.
The C63 was booked in for;
■ Correction & Detail + Protection
■ Interior Clean + Leather Treatment
Correcting the paintwork with our standard machines using the new RUPES LHR15 Bigfoot (15mm RO DA Machine), alongside with the Festool RAP80, Festool RAP150 Shinex and also DAS6 Pro oddly enough!
We did have a test with the new Buff & Shine Microfibre Pads which did surprisingly provide some great results on this very tough paintwork. Polishes used again were Menzerna FG500, PF2500 and finishing with SF4000.
For something a little different we used the Dodo Juice Iron Gloss Polymer Sealant with a coat of Dodo Juice Purple Haze Carnauba Wax topped up with Dodo Juice Supernatural Acrylic Spritz – this combination should give us some nice depth, clarity and strong reflections for a good 12 months until its next annual detail.
The interior was cleaned with 1Z Cockpit Premium Cleaner/Protectant and the Leather with Duragloss Leather Shampoo & Duragloss Leather Conditioner to retain the natural leather scent whilst leaving the seats soft and supple with that factory satin finish as it should.
Engine bay was given a quick clean with 1Z Einzett W99 APC which always works a treat, and finished with 1Z Vinyl & Rubber Care Protectant (no pictures attached for this one)
Tyres dressed with Dodo Juice Supernatural Tyre Dressing.
The Daytona EZ Brush getting a work out cleaning the wheels! And best of all, the brush doesn’t scratch!

Presoaked with a New Snow Foam & APC to remove any previous products that may be still on the paintwork
