Floor mat retaining clips

I hope this is the appropriate area.

I am trying to find a source for clips to utilise the retaining pegs provided for floor mats on my Caddy Maxi Life. I have some rubber mats I have trimmed to suit, but unfortunately they move around.

Any pointers?
