  • Foam Lance Replacement Bottle

I bought from CCP a foam lance about a year ago and now the bottle is broken. Anyone knows of any cheap alternatives for a replacement?

Personally I would never use foam or any sort of detergent under any sort of pressure to wash a car.

The foam or detergent has a lower surface tension than water and under pressure will be forced into gaps, crevices and spot welded seams that even water under pressure will not be able to get into. Eventually the foam or detergent that becomes trapped will break down and initiate corrosion.

        BWAAHAHAHAHA...

Foam Lance is not under any high water pressure... the high pressure nozzles are taken off to attach the Foam Lance

If you are ok with it, then that's fine.

Bunnings have an Oates 1L plastic bottle with a compatible thread for about $2. You'll find them where the household cleaning stuff (mops, brooms, etc) is.

Edit: I should've mentioned that the Oates bottle appears to be the same type/density of plastic as the original bottle.
