Scratch on Front Bumper

So i was parked today and some low life hit my pride and joy- not leaving a note or anything (of course). What resulted was a 3cm scratch on the front bumper probably 2-3mm deep. I went to a panel beater and was quoted $500 as the panel would need to be taken off and blown back into shape. Does anyone have any suggestions for how i could repair this myself? Products/brands that you have used with success...?

Hey guys- looking into a scratch repair service. If anyone could recommend me a good one in Sydney and in their experience how much it cost? PLEASE HELP
