How to remove Glovebox Lid? Golf Mk5

hey guys, i have found plenty of guides to remove the whole glove box, but I am just looking to remove the lid/tray, like most other cars they usually pop out, but i cant seem to figure it out with this.

Well i couldn't wait, so I just took out the whole glove box dash haha!
