How to look after polishing pads

Hi guys,
Just wondering how should one wash/maintain the foam pads used off of the RO polishing machine and how long should a pad last?
Also to CCP, I reckon you should do a foam pad kit. Just cos I'm too lazy to pick them out separately.

Depends on the quality of the pads but if you wash them out thoroughly after use they should last quite a while under normal use.

CCP do stock foam polishing pad sets from Edge, Lake Country, and Festool.

Hey mate,

We do have all the pads in kits! Lake Country 4 Pad Kit, and the Festool 4 Pad Kit.

For pad cleaning, some warm water with some wash solution or apc and soak over night. Following morning rinse them off under a running tap and clean them out. Realistically you can get quite a few years/cars out of each pad quite easily!
