  • Washing Car With Bore Water

Is detailing the car using bore water instead of tap water going to have any negatives? You see yellow stained patches on people fences from lots of bore water exposure...

ok so after much google searching it generally sounds like a bad idea, bore water staining seems to be a common theme.

I would highly recommend not to use it on a car!

It's bad enough the car getting hit with bore water from sprinklers let alone washing the car in the stuff..

Too much sunshine not enough shade at my place, I was thinking of using my parents carport area where its nice and shady, then I remembered they have bore water

Bore water isn't a good idea.

You can get however inline water filters but how much they would work on bore water is a tough one.

I could suggest maybe getting a otto bin (rubbish bin) of some sort and filling it up with water or even leaving it open for fresh rain water and attaching a tap head to it with a high pressure system and you can use fresh clean water.
