Anybody here use a PC to detail a car?

Got 2 black golfs that need the swirl marks and cobwebs taken out? My old detailed used the PC to take them out and the results where amazing but need someone in sydney to do them.

Anybody help?

I have a PC (USA imported), run it with step down transformer. It's a very very good DIY polisher. Of course DMS_Dan is a professional detailer he'd use much higher end tools L
