I have seen them on a wheel. it protects the very outer lip of the wheel. If the centre sticks out it will be no use. Also you can tell that they are on there, especially if you have nicer wheels. Just don't hit gutters lolComment

Do a search, somebody on here with a Passat hit a gutter with one of these on and it protected the rim.--------------------------
