Help with removing paint/scrape residue (GTI + Fence post = Fail)

So Friday afternoon my GTI (thanks to my poor manoeuvring skills) had an encounter with a 3ft tall, brown, half rotten fence post and this is the result.

Anyone have any recommendations as to what products/process I should use to cut the crap off my car or recommend someone in the Brisbane or Westside area to clean this up for me? I washed the car and some of the lighter marks came off but the white scratch ain't goin away.
