Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

All I will say is prepare yourself for more work than you ever thought imaginable. If you want even a few things tucked away neatly, you'll get to ''here'' and ''there'' and want to do just ''this'' and ''that'' etc etc etc

Don't get me wrong, it looks SICK, but I reckon it's too much work.

mickey cant believe u said too much work thought u would be the last one to say that lol. But yeah coming from my job even tidying cables on cash registers for point of sales can be a biatch imagining it from the confines of an engine bay and i dont want to consider time spent lol

are we talking like "tidy engine bay" tuck, or like "nothing but a long motor and shaved rails" kinda tuck?

first solution is cable ties, second is days of fabrication...
