There would be a few detailers in Sydney, probably best to look in yellow pages or google it.

if you wanna give it a go yourself, i have oc120 which is a all purpose cleaner and works very well without making anything fade (And non acidic).. happy to bring a bottle of chemical on frid night if u need some

otherwise dr detail (mark) is very good.. search forums, his number is somewhere! i have it somewhere....
