Hi all. Not sure if in the right forum section here but the knob that controls airflow direction to feet or head etc has become inoperative in my 2005 Caddy. It rotates but has no effect, being stuck on face vents. My question is, is it a matter of just replacing the dial or something more complex? Thanks
