Evening all,
A family friend is getting a new family car and as I'm the car 'guru' in my circles, I was asked about a Roomster and a Yeti. The Roomster in my opinion is possible the best family car on the market because of its clever rear seats (as we all know about them I won't go into them), its economical engine, space and value for money. The Yeti looks better, has an extra gear (6-speed manual vs. 5-speed in the Roomster), more ability (especially the 4x4 models) and a lot more standard equipment. Trouble is, the Yeti's boot is a lot smaller, making it less family friendly in my opinion. It's a tough one for me; I'd have a Yeti but I don't have 2 kids (thankfully at 18
) so I couldn't care less if a pram fits in it or not.
So guys, what would you have and why? What else would you look at? Yes, they want a manual (she's European).
