Most larger wreckers have an intranet service where they can seek parts at other wreckers. I am about to have a new rear left tail light fitted under warranty due to moisture. It is a wagon and no idea of the cost but the Skoda dealer had one within 1 week. To repair your light would be tricky and probably illegal.
Your car doesn't look that old. I doubt whether you'd find a tail light at a wrecker. Most wreckers want you to purchase left & right as they won't separate. I'd probably purchase a new one. Gluing it is also not a good idea. You'll have water in your boot in no time....then the real issues start.
