Superb Update due when?

Hi All,

Since a Superb is looking to be on the shortlist for my next car, does anywhen know when the next update is due? I don't mean just a new MY but something similar to the Golf/Octavia midlife update.

I saw it somewhere a while back, but this model came out in 2016 so will be next year at the earliest I would suspect. As in mid next year the production would start. The new Octavia only started arriving since late last year and came out a few years before.

The Superb facelifts seem to happen around 4-5 years from new model launch and the current one was launched in 2015 in Europe, so I'd be expecting mid next year for production at the earliest, as woofy mentioned above.
