    So does the dba42808s with 345mm fit the octavia rs which has 340mm rotor?

      No, it's 5mm larger in diameter.

      Pads and calipers will be different.

        You'd have to pull the wheel off and measure the clearance between the edge of the brake rotor and the caliper. you'd need 2.5mm to accommodate the extra metal and a bit more to allow for thermal expansion - say 3mm. If you put a blob of bluetak on the rotor and rotate it through the caliper, you can measure what is left.

        You also need to check the rotor thickness, hat size, offset, etc.

        have you rung DBA technical to enquire?

        I know the DBA rotors on my rears are a few mm different from the factory size.
