OBDEleven in MY16

hi all,

my OBDEleven arrived yesterday and I gave it a test - read all the car codes no problem (actually came up with a 4 or 5 fault codes which I was surprised at, is this normal?)

I then went to disable auto-start-stop through the app, the credits charge bit, it said success and that was it, then went to test it and the auto-start-stop was still enabled.

Just wondering if anybody has had success with this adapter on an MY16 so far? if so, was there anything special to do to get it working? All I really want to do is disable auto stop start, turn down the soundaktor and enable traffic reports

Did you get the Pro version? If so then go through the adaptations from the Briskoda site to see what the programming should change to. In essence the stop start change moves the voltage limit to 12V, which leaves the stop start functional but never reach the point where the engine is allowed to stop.

Yeah I got the Pro version - I haven't started messing around with the long coding yet, thought I would give it a crack first with the credits and the 'apps' bit which didnt work.

Interesting workaround - I'll give it a crack tomorrow

Setting the voltage to 12v works
Sound actuator volume also works - it has its own menu scroll right down all the control modules

Anyone had any luck buying credits? I've tried several times and it just sits there spinning...

Apparently it's because I'm using a Kindle Fire HDX, Android but not able to access Google Play store. I've managed to make some changes with coding, fan speed, scandinavian DRL, fuel fill quantity. Also tried needle sweep but that hasn't worked so far.

Scandinavian DRL? That's with the rear park lights on? Can you take screen shots of where is this sitting ? I'd like that enabled on my car...

No screenshot needed I just used the app for it in OBDEleven. If you have the pro version you can do it without credits following this

Octavia III VCDS Adaptations - tried and tested - Diagnostics & VCDS - BRISKODA

Just need to hunt around a little as some of the controller names are different.
