Very good point.
But other than the dependence on Jarvis servicing would the extended cover be any worse than the 'official' Skoda warranty?

I queried this and in the end they relented and they have supposedly at their expense taken out a Swann Warranty and will at their expense cover any deficiencies between that and the Skoda Extended warranty. so for me there is the only dependance of having them service my car luckily their workshop is brand new and has all of the latest tools to do the work.
