Anyone know of any upgrades for 2010 Octavia RS exhausts and also are you able to have the pipes come out on both sides??

a couple of options available. if looking at the whole exhaust - look for ones made for the Jetta.
i've got an APR 3" RSC exhaust myself. love it
twin exhausts are possible. its got the spot for the muffler, but u'll need to get rid off the tow-hook.
