Mk3 diesel Rs cruise control issue

Anyone else have cruise control issues? Mine cuts out every now and then and it's kinda freaky. At first I thought it was because on the way to Adelaide, it hit 3.5* and the black ice warning came on, but it's happened a few times since. Doesn't matter what temperature, weather or road conditions. It cuts out randomly.

And no... It doesn't have Acc...

Yep, I had the same issue on my elegance TDI. Took it back and they fixed it with a software upgrade. I was doubtful it would fix the problem, but 2k kms later all is fine.
