The fabric in these cars is extremely hard wearing. Not sure if I'd bother with covers at all. Doesn't answer your question I know, but sometimes people do it because they have always done it.
I'm of the opinion why keep your seats for the next person? Enjoy them yourself, let others worry about seat covers when you sell it

yeah I know, but with kids and pets...would prefer to take off the covers and give it a wash - especially vs vacuuming those tiny little hairs out of the seats
How'd ya go with the seat covers? Was just researching car seat covers for my VW when I found this convo. Anyone tried neoprene? A mate recommended these guys Volkswagen VW neoprene car seat covers. Anyone tried them?
