well there's only 1 lip for the Superb

That's because there is no "RS" in the Superb range.
The RS bumper in the octavia range is quite different (lower half) to the rest of the octavias.
Hence the 2 different part nums.

Lines are a bit more flowy, and doesn't make it too ricer, but I feel like I could be paying the same for less of a difference..

These will be going with a custom fibreglass diffuser and lip by me
