Recently got some work done on my Octavia under warranty. The dealer said there was no paperwork or service record given to owners for any work done under warranty but the job done appears on the skoda/dealer internal network. Is this 'regular'? Cheers in advance for your replies.

I had the same problem with Denlo several years ago.
Even after I asked, the answer was no.

They should still give you a invoice with a nil coston that explains the work carried out....all dealers are different, but that's what I see...VDUB...VOLKSWAGEN TECHNICIAN - 16 YEARS OF PAIN..VCDS CODING- FAULT DIAGNOSIS - PRE PURCHASE INSPECTIONS- REPAIRS9W2 BT KITS -$300 - 9W7 BT KITS - $450 - CANBUS UPGRADE $150BRISBANE / GOLD COAST
