      that is a good price!!!

"Based on the Skoda Octavia 90TSI, the Special Edition adds 16-inch alloy wheels, ‘Columbus’ satellite navigation system with 30GB hard drive and eight speakers, dual-zone climate control, rain-sensing wipers, light assistant with ‘coming home’ and ‘tunnel light’ functions, and a centre rear armrest with storage compartment.
Silver roof rails are also added to the wagon variant, which is priced from $23,690 driveaway.

Ahh bugger we paid $18K for ours but obviously bought too early, the runout model would be a great deal with those options and the wagon is a great. Too soon to trade perhaps...?

You could easily upgrade the following yourself:
          16" rims
          Columbus sat nav
light assistant with coming home & tunnel lights

You'd get a heap of change from $1500 if you buy well.

I'll have a set of 16x7.5 rims for sale soon - price will be cheap-as

For someone who doesn't want to mod their car Brad, I think this special edition represents excellent value for money, and I always thought the normal 90TSI was great value too. It might be a bit dated, but for $22k I really don't think you could do better for a new car.

RIP Octavia....probably one of the last VAG cars available in Australia with six engines and choice of transmission on each

Sure. But Dagget has already bought the $18k version so I was giving him an upgrade path.

Too true, my main issues was the low price of the upgraded wagon as we bought a liftback, just what I was looking for about 3 months ago! Be interested in those wheels you have as the 15s are really to small.

                    No worries.
I was thinking about running them until July if you are happy to wait that long but if you are desperate let me know. I pickud up replacement 17" rims & tyres last week but one of the rims has kerbing & I want to fix it. Seller assured me all 4 were mint but unfortunately not.

The rims I am selling haven't been kerbed but one of them has a 1.5mm mark near the wheel hub where a stone hit it.

                    These rims

BTW: There are some 16x6.5 Golf Pacific rims in the 4sale section for $100 but they have been kerbed.
