Shark fin antenna

Anyone replaced the standard antenna with a shark fin version? I've got roof racks and the standard one gets in the way.

I take my aerial off when I put the Kayak on the roof. The radio works just fine without it.

A couple of years ago there were plenty of threads on Briskoda about changing the aerials. The Poms were all over it.

The OEM Superb2 shark fin fits and works fine. Comes in both GPS and Non-GPS versions. Both have telephone antenna.

That takes care of the GPS and phone, but what about the FM radio? Is that inside the fin as well, and so making the whip antenna redundant?
