I have just ordered the Race Blue RS wagon with tech pack, panoramic roof, auto boot, and comfort pack, but I wanted the Black Pack wheels but not the painted mirrors grill etc but had to order the black pack to get the wheels, may be looking to swap black grill for standard grill when it gets here.

Just posted this on another thread and thought I'd stick it here.
I've just bought an Octavia rs diesel sedan for my wife and crikey jiminy charlie it's one helluva drive.The very,very blue is a ripper of a colour;seats,ergonomics,software, in fact the entire shebang is superb.
Took it for a spin in sports mode this arvo and my 1000 cc BMW bike would be having its neck strangled to keep up.
Gotta be the best value for dollar car in the country;especially second hand!!
Incredible that they are so neglected and unknown that they are basically the same price as a Hyundai!

Picked up our MY15 RS Wagon on Wednesday: Moon White, tech pack, 19" black pack, leather and auto tailgate - only 1.5 weeks wait thanks to a cancelled order

Have to say Thommo, I wanted the Turini wheels, they look great, but wasn't going to turn away the 19s

I know you don't have it, but is there any point getting the black pack if you get the car in black? The only things left to turn black are the roof rails and the grill surround I believe? Even less reason for the black pack if you get the Turini wheels (how much were they BTW?). Effectively you'd be paying $500 for the grill and rails, which you could probably blacken yourself!

Just saw a race blue RS Wagon with gemini wheels in the carpark of the Hahndorf vegetable garden... exactly what I've ordered!

Looked awesome.. can't wait to get mine (which lands in Melbourne tomorrow)

Awesome.. wish the comfort pack was available when I ordered mine... but other than that your spec is pretty much the same as what I got.. it's an amazing car that I'm finding more to love about everyday. Enjoy

Thanks mrjubei - the 'packs' and standard equipment are fantastic value, especially compared to what VW offer. Couldn't justify buying anything else for the money. Look forward to many km's of enjoyment!
