  • Octavia 118TSI Passenger Headrest

    Hi All,

Seems one of my kids baby seats has worn the threading on the rear passenger head rest from my 2011 118TSI wagon. I'm scared to ask cost of the local dealers, does anyone know of spares places that may offer an affordable option. Colour is onyx.

    Thanks.

Your best bet is an auto trimmer, especially if it is just stitching. Either way, try one or two to see what they can do for you. Otherwise, overseas sourcing or if you are super lucky a local VW wrecker

I pull most of mine out, the car seats tend to rest on them which you don't really want to get them in snugly.

          remove baby seat.

take to dealer and ask for warranty replacement.

^ That would all work, except you know, it's posted on the internet and yes a lot of dealers do check exactly what goes on in these forums..

I would try a trimmer first but also look at os sites like SuperSkoda and see what they have. I'm sure I have seen front seat headrest covers on Superkoda.
