OK, so I emailed them for the 4th time as below:
Hello,
This is now the fourth time I have emailed and asked for an update on my order.
You have already taken my money, but I have not heard anything about my order having been processed or dispatched.
I have emailed several times and asked for a reply, and no one has answered.
I request an answer within 24 hours please, or I will be forced to conclude that fraudulent activity has taken place, and I will be seeking reimbursement of my funds through the appropriate channels.

it seems you are kidding from us or don´t care what we write in the description.
In the grille insert is clearly written, that the grille is being PREPARED now and will be available within december ! It´s even in the goods overview and also in the description.
Due to you absolutely ignore this and also writing such a things like below, we immediately refund the money and block your account.

Your over reaction is very unprofessional, and very short-sighted. Our list of contacts and associates is very large within the Skoda community in Australia, and I hope that your reputation will not be tarnished by the way you handle this.
All you had to do was reply to my first email when I asked, and none of this would have occurred!
I don’t want a refund, I just wanted to know what was happening with my order.
Please leave my order current, and just keep me informed of its progress.

So guys, I am sending this out as a warning. The lack of customer service consistency is shocking, and the level of over-reaction is astounding! I am left speechless to be honest! Remember that my order was for over $330! I was getting a little concerned when i heard nothing from them for three emails....
And if the website now says DECEMBER for the item, it certainly did not say that when I ordered. It said October when I ordered.2018 Ralyee Green RS wagon. Fully optioned.

Beleive it or not, they have sent an email with a notification of funds being refunded!!
It hasnt hit my account as yet though...
I just cant beleive the poor customer service and arrogance of reply.
To change the details on the website and blame it on the customer blows me away!
All i wanted was a reply to my first three emails from weeks ago, and none of this would have occured...

Many from here have ordered and were happy. Fast delivery mine came in less than 2 weeks, some had the parts delivered in 1 week.

To put this in perspective, I purchased some tickets from ticketek and these were supposedly mailed from Sydney on 18 October, and I have still not yet received them. Ticketek said it takes 10 working days for the tickets to arrive from Sydney!!!!

I am trying to be fair here too guys.
I did order from them in the past (just a few key covers etc...small items), and they came without any hassles.
My issue this time was that the value of the order was quite high - $330 odd, and they had not responded to any emails or enquiries sent three times.
The only time they responded was because of my last email "asking strongly for a response..."
To have them respond by saying I hadnt read the website properly and then ban me from it is mind-blowing!!
The website said October when I ordered the part...I would not have sent money for something that would be three or four months away.
They have since changed a part of the description on the product, but in the text field you will see what I mean...
As I responded to them.."all you had to do was email me back and explain the progress of the delivery and I would have been fine waiting...

To me the test of online or any store is not the smooth sales as most can do that most of the time, but how they behave when something goes wrong.
I am at four weeks with no communication myself, but I will give it a bit longer before contacted them. Though if ignored I no longer waste my time repeatedly contacting them, I would then just dispute the transaction with paypal or my bank..Last edited by joele; 01-11-2012, 08:00 AM.---------------

Well I just got a shipping notification... Kind of poor form as the item I ordered said 'in stock' but I heard nothing for 3.5 weeks before getting an email saying they just shipped it...
Either they are really slack with their dispatch or it wasn't 'in stock' despite saying that when I ordered, and the whole time since, but they never bothered to email me to let me know there was a delay..
So I have to agree with the original poster, their stock management and communications are poor, if you item is not actually in stock (and you can't trust what they say on the site)..---------------
