Any others have problems with Superskoda??...delays?

Hey all,

As I have mentioned, I have ordered a few goodies from Superskoda.com, and am a little worried now.
It has been three weeks since I placed an order (and they have debited my account already for $300 odd...)

I checked on the site and the order as not even been dispatched.

I have sent two emails to ask re the progress, but no reply as yet...

Anyone else have delays this long?

I've only used them once, and had no problems. In fact they were quite helpful. I ordered an under seat storage box like the one on the passenger side for the driver side. I sent asking that they confirm the RHS box they were selling was compatible on both LHD and RHD Skodas. Here is the response,
"Hello,

sure, no problem, we will send you today RHD version of course.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to AU..

superskoda.com team"

Looking at their message to me your delivery time isn't dramatically overdue, but it seems odd that you've had no reply to your emails. I don't know if I was just lucky, because there are some none too flattering comments about their customer service on some other forums, but I can only speak from my own experience, which was a good one.

My LED boot lights took about 5 days to arrive.
I was massively surprised, after reading all the negative things about SS.

My advice is to forget about the things you ordered, and then you can be surprised and happy when they randomly turn up one day!

This happened to me when I ordered from them. They eventually arrived, as did some return emails (some of the original emails were never replied back to). They eventually emailed me back to say they didn't have it in stock. Its like they didn't deal with the emails until it was in stock and sent.

Octavia II RS/SCOUT 04-12 - original Skoda Auto,a.s. REAR protective sill covers - V3 : superskoda.com

Does anyone know how they stick/adhere onto the sills? Is it just double sided tape or something better?

I ordered the new hex grille, rear door sills, badges etc... so it is a larger sized package I guess....

its already applied to the protective sill cover.
u simply unpeel the bit that will stick on to the door sill.

very very easy to do.
u just gotta b very precise (especially the one that sits against the rubber lining) with ur contact - as they stick very strong. so u can't adjust/correct if u get it wrong when placing it on the sill.

Well I placed my order at lunch today, and I get an email 6hrs later saying my order has been dispatched!!! That's very very impressive for an overseas order!!!

I ordered a set of seat covers from them, without problems.
The emails seemed to be abrupt, but I assume English is not their preferred language.

The box was massive, and looked like it had some rough treatment, but the contents were unharmed.

No replies from the emails either.

Can someone please pass on the email address they used to contact them in case I got it wrong?
