Aren't the DRLs integrated into the headlight unit, using an optical strip along the bottom edge on the Mk3? Refer your own posts in this thread back on the 10th Dec last year!

turns out the initial rumors about the vRS having a separate LED strip for DRLs, to distinguish it from the rest of the octavia range, is wrong!!
based on this image, its going to be similar to the current mk2 non-vrs range, where they've used regular halogen bulbs, and housed them next to the foglights.
though skoda has made it look like the current (mk2 vRS) LED DRL strips!!
disappointing.......

Why would you design a special headlight design for the RS by putting the LED strip on the bumper when if you get xenons on a normal Octavia the LED strip is in the headlights? I think they're being smart, yes it's disappointing to have the LEDs in the headlights and not the bumper like the current model but this way it has front foglamps (unlike the VW R range and Merc's AMGs) and cornering fogs. And guys it hasn't even been revealed yet, let's reserve judgement until it is revealed hey?
