If you get the windows tinted most tinters will assume you want the sunroof as well. Having said that, the twits who did mine didn't.

really? I never heard of tinters doing the sunroof.

I think you did well on the price Don. You only paid $1k more than I paid for mine in 2011, and you got leather.

Yep, and I paid $45,500 for DSG and sunroof, but no leather (but a few extras).

I thought it was a good price also, and the dealer laughed at me when I asked how much more negotiable the price was. Got them to throw in rubber mats front and rear instead. (And I know the RS comes with carpet mats but as I surf, carpet mats and sand don't match, hence I prefer the practicalities of rubber mats).

Lovin it for sure. I didn't get the red stitching unfortunately. Just got the leather with carbon fibre inserts. Given it was the last blue manual available in the country I couldn't be too picky!!!
