Hey, so!
I decided to start a new thread to gauge interest about meeting up on the above date. Its a Saturday.
The plan so far:
Meet up at 11am at the top of Avon Dam Rd, Bargo, NSW.

Take the twisty, turny, fun road down to Avon Dam for a photoshoot, or a meet'n'greet. Or both. Whatever.
Drive up the back road through Bargo, Couridjah and Thirlmere, then head over to the Burragorang Lookout via Oakdale.
Leaving the Burragorang Lookout at whatever time we get hungry, heading back to Camden Maccas for lunch/dinner.
Bring passengers with cameras, because a lot of this trip is through some interesting/pretty countryside.
Its not the most scenic, but its pretty decent nonetheless.

The entire drive is roughly 90km - 1:44hrs. Expect to be out for the whole day.
There is a great servo with cheap fuel (Good quality. Have been running the Octy on it since day one) on the route, if you decide you need some.
You're all encouraged to bring UHF radio's. I have one mounted in my car, and it would make group co-ordination easier. But you don't have to.
I'm going to advertise this in the other Skoda sections, but all are welcome to come! No matter if you're driving a Lamborghini or a Charade!!

EDIT: Does anyone have a VCDS system they could bring?
I'm sure there's more than one of us who would love some coding done.

EDIT3: In the Columbus Sat Nav unit, the town is "Bargo" and the road is "Avon Dam Rd;Exit" ... That'll lead you to exactly the meeting spot! You can't miss the group of vehicles!! (Hopefully! XD)
